Need help with PC?

The problem is videos don't play on my PC. I recently had to format my PC and have installed Windows XP SP3 (64bit). .wmv files does not play in Windows Media Player. I installed KMplayer, VLC player and also CCPA codec. Still none of the videos play. Whenever I try to play a video the system becomes extremely slow as if it were hung. Music files play well.

check your video card and whether video drivers are correctly installed
