i am now older. i am 52 but i still play badminton. i do not play rigorously. i take rest when i feel i cannot do it anymore. in general, i find myself fit for any sports. i had a physical checkup with my doctor before going back to play badminton after almost 3 months of hibernation. i really love badminton because it is fast and u get to exercise not just ur arms but also ur feet in running, eyes and mind.

.When you do every things must very slow. Even young man. I always play basketball , but I don’t take good careful of me. and always feel my body is good and don’t be hurt by others. but if you less careful you will be hurt. So my foot was hurt by my frasy crazy run. And one of my bone was breaked. And now also in pain. And some where are excel some bone. So when you take exercise must very careful.

I just had two-hour-badminton this morning. Yes, badminton is a great kind of sport that needs lots of exercise. Just two hours I've felt very tired. Old people should keep exercise. However, they should also take care of themselves choosing profitable sports and controling the strength. Doing exercise is to keep us healthy not to take on aggressive.

owh, WOW!!...really?..i'm sorry for that!
well, badminton is a sport which is very agressive and fast movement, we must run all over the yard and very good for the health, coz there's a lot of running, jogging, jumping and i think more fun than running it.
if there are an old men still playing badminton, just do it for fun and moving slowly, just keep it save!
