i like eggplant & i'm interested in that kind of cooking of your indian style eggplant. i usually dip eggplant in beaten egg with pepper & salt then deep fry.

I eat once in a while, but i know that egg plants re notgood for your health, since i myself an yoga masterm and egg re not good gor the immune system.

of course i do. especially if the eggplant was cooked in the way that i liked. a good example for that was an eggplant omelet
