Well to be frank with you it is really difficult to generate that kind of income easily with no investment. However free sign up sites mostly have low income potential realistically anywhere between $20 - $50 range.

I make about $200 a month passive income writing at hubpages. It's not get rich quick, but it becomes passive income. If I didn't write a thing anymore I'll still earn about the same for some time to come.

The only way I think you could make that sort of money would be to make an investment of some sort. Maybe you could spend the next few months using free sites to make a few dollars on each, save the money, and then invest it in a forex account when you have enough saved. (Make sure you read about forex trading and know what you are doing first though, or you will definatwly lose your money.)

Making that much money would definetely need an investment of some kind and you would earn a return on your investment. I make about $200 a month with lots of programs, but $600 would be a big stretch. If you could find a program offering great referals bonuses it would be ver helpful in reaching $600 per month.
