about weight-losing

nowdays weight-losing has become popular among young and middle-age women.in order to make themselves prettu-looking,they try many different ways of losing weight.some go on a diet,some take exercise,some eat medcine,others even turn to operation for help.as a result,a lot of products have come into being,such as special medcinesm,tea and equipment.they are used in different ways and work differently,but some have side effects.
in my opinion,it's understandable that women seek beauty,but they should do it in a proper way.taking exercise is the way that i most favor.but the other methods are likely to do harm to people's health more or less.

Hello amyrun :-) you are right..I will be just 17 and I want to reduce..I have just 55 kg but I want to be 50kg..it is very difficult..I tried some metodes about you have written..I do excercises, I diet.. but it is not helping..maybe I have to urge more...

A combination of exercise and diet will help to reduce weight gradually. But any short cut and crash diet will lead to disastrous results.

Though I'm a strong believer that 'Beauty comes from within', yet it is True that keeping Slim & trim is the trend today among women.
Yes,lots of products claiming shortcuts and thus women are also inviting ailments(out of the sideeffects).Rebound gaining wts are also common.
Best way to get it step-by-step under expert guidance & go for evidences before going for any medications.Otherwise 'would-be-mothers'will have lots of problems during pregnancy/at the time of delivery.
