What do you think about the missile launching of North Korea?

Yup, I have read something about this, and has caused a stir among nations, especially the US, Japan, South Korea. Could it trigger another World War knowing that North Korea has the full backing of Russia and I heard even India? Is this a history being repeated, when way back in the 1940's, countries attacked each other and formed allies? Thinking about it scares the wits out of me. Let's all pray that this would not result into something destructive, as it could trigger a nuclear war. North Korea's provocative act could be mistaken as an act of aggression by the US; even China's military build up is something to seriously look into by the United Nations to avert any form of violence or war against nations.
