Are on diet

I have seen people skips meals and doing vigorous exercise to loose weight. Do you think skipping meals is good idea, i wonder how they do that it would be very difficult for me to skip any meals out of three.

In fact i feel it is good be a little fat.Because I am too thin and couldn't increase my weight whatever i eat. I think skipping meals is not a good idea,It can influence your health.Do more exericise is a better choice.

I believe skipping meals is a bad idea. The best way to lose weight is to exercise. You can actually eat lots of food as long as you exercise regularly. Skipping meals is dangerous and might cause you more harm than good.

Skipping meals is very bad and can actually sabotage a diet. If you eat too few calories your body thinks you're starving and it will eat up muscle before it consumes the excess fat. It also puts the body in storage mode where it stores every bit of energy it can in order to survive the starvation. So what it comes down to is eat the recommended calories per day so your body knows it is safe to spend calories. Then exercise and spend more calories than you consume.

Skipping meals is bad but skipping snacks is also good. I don't skip meals because if i do i get a really bad headache. There were times that i did not skip meals but the meal was not on time and I was so hungry that i had a sort of attack of hunger panic where you feel and really see your hand shaking. I am on a regular diet and I walk everyday for my exercise.

Yes it is very difficult to skip meal. But yes, you can loose your weight by your regular diet change.You can planout your day to day meal by considering all important ingredients required by your body.Sometimes , you dont have to skip meal but just need to change your life style.To have too much weight is sometime because of genetic. Even in my case i cannot skip my favourite dish. I can control of quantity. Have a great day!

Skipping junk meal yes it is but not the important meal to stay healthy. Essential nutrition should be taken while on diet because this will make your body strong. If you are a man don't skip you need more energy than ladies. Sometime, I had skip mine due to busy schedule. Happy Mylotting.
