Allergies from dust gives me headache, and it usually ends up having colds and cough. I always make it a point to clean the house wearing a face mask or if i dont have i will just use my hankerchief to cover my nose. I dont like headaches at all.

When I quit eating all sugar-based foods, I suffered a headache each day for quite some time. This was withdrawal symptoms, because I was addicted to sugar. My nutritionist told me, that whatever you feel you can't do without, you are addicted to, and whatever you are addicted to, there is a 99.9% chance that you are allergic too. The problem is, that all the symptoms the offending food creates, can also appear as withdrawal symptoms. Whenever I experienced the headache, I did my best not to take painkillers, but sometimes I just gave in and did so, because it was hard to work with clients with a bad headache. - Derek

Hey there! I don't get any headache from my allergies. I am a little bit allergic to dust and cold weather. During rainy days I get rashes all over my body. They are red and itchy. Maybe it's because of the anti-histamine that you take that caused you headache. I hope you'll be well. Have a nice day. Happy posting!!

I am allergic to dust and pollen..seeing as though spring is coming and the house I live in is a dust trap no matter how many times I clean, I sneeze until it feels like something was blown loose out the back of my head so yes mine give me headaches and the thing about it is the medicine that I will end up taking will stop the sneezing but intensify the headache so I am screwed all the way around..

Every once in a while I will get sinus headaches that I attribute to my allergies. I have year long allergies, so I often get congestion and sneezing so that irritates my sinuses. Then I take various allergy medicines and that dries out muy sinuses. So, it doesn't surprise me that I get sinus headaches, I used to get tehm more than I do now.
If you are waking up with headaches and you are taking some allergy meds, or using a nasal sprsy for your allergies, you might want to consider using a humidifier (if you aren't already) in your bedroom. The air is still very dry and that can irritate your sinuses as well.
