What an awesome showdown it would be to see the 2 best nba players Kobe and Lebron face each other. It has the best chance on happening because Lakers are #1 in west and Cavs are #1 in east. Right now Cavs have 61 wins and Lakers have 60 wins.

I think so too. With the injuries that the Celtics were suffering, I doubt if they are healthy and will beat the Cavs in the playoffs. It would be nice to watch Kobe vs Lebron in the finals. Reminds me of Bird vs Johnson during their days. One of the best individual matchups in the NBA finals ever.. Can't wait to see them defending each other..

i think the cavs are most likely to beat the lakers if they face each other in the finals because the cavs have only lost on their home court once this season. There 41-1 at home.

It sounds like an even match. I know about the Lakers, but not much about the Cavs. What city do they represent and who is your favorite team? (we get Seattle here on cable.) So who do you think is going to win?

cavs live in clevland, ohio. i really don't have a favorite nba but like several teams for each of their abilities or players. i think either cavs, lakers, maybe celtics will win the championship. the heat or nuggets might makes some suprises and do better than people thought. spurs won't win championship because manu ginobili is out for the season with injury.

might be Celtics VS Lakers I guess,I like Kobe rather than Lebron,Kobe plays more graceful and nimble.Celtics has Allen and KG and PP,it's also a great team and they plays really well.hope these two teams could meet at the Final match

It will be a great showdown indeed, but I don't think the Cavs will reach the finals, they'll be beaten by the Celtics in the conference finals and it'll be a repeat of last year finals between the Celtics and the Lakers.

I'd love to see that match up. Great players on both starting lineups. But, if Bynum doesn't come back on time, or doesn't play as well, i think Kobe and Gasol will probably run out of gas once they enter the Finals. Just my opinion. :P

i think the lakers would beat the cavs in finals if the lakers have everybody healthy as their a more balanced team.

sounds good, maybe even a better finals compared to last year. however, i have a feeling that the lakers will falter in the play-offs and eventually lose to either the spurs or the hornets. seeing kobe and lebron go at it will be great and will really boost the profits of the league but i have some doubts that this rivalry will take the nba back to its previous popularity. just my thoughts. personally, i'd like to see two new teams go at it in the finals.

in west ,LAKERS is without parallel...I am sure they can reach the finals, but for Cavs, though they have Lebron, maybe MPV of this season,I think they are hard to beat Boston, this season will be a repeat of last season..but a bad news of Boston is KG,without KG Boston gameover.....
