MyWellness360 is a site that you can learn as well as earn. This site has articles on health issues, new news reports daily on health issues, just an all around good health and wellness site. I joined because a friend showed me the site and I was like ok, what do I need this for? So I joined to just see what it was all about, I have to say it was impressive with all that you can do with the site. You are able to keep track of your health records as well as apply for a health card so if you agree when needed Emergency Rooms can access your health history. There are different pages you can record your family health history, do a wellness survey to see how you rate in different areas. Then, after assessing the survey they give you suggestions and ideas in how to improve. You can then move onto the section of keeping track of your food intake or calorie intake, or another section that helps you record your exercise program your working on. Just so much here that I am glad I have joined and going back to read articles as well as keeping track of my health for myself. The idea hit me with this site, would be a good place for parents with children going through and listing medical records as well as those shot records some of us seem to loose and need them when they are ready to enter school. If you have kept track of the shots your children have had, you can bring up that history, print, then take it with you when you enroll your child. No stressing on, "Oh where did I put those now?", some of us are not so good with being organized.
