Does anyone know if I can submit the same article that I write for hubpages to other sites such as today.com or associated content?

Nope! They don't allow it. It Must be original. In fact Everywhere these days are requesting original content. It can become a time-consuming hassle rewriting all those articles. That's why I started spinning my articles which has been a very technical yet crafty process. Now I've gotten so good at it that I can turn one article into up to 50 Unique Articles and they all are readable and easy to understand. Not some gibberish. People like my human spinning process so much that they are now starting to hire me to do it for them! so I'm glad about that

It varies by site by site. Some sites only accept original content while others don't care as long as you own the rights to the content. Check the submission guidelines for each site.
One way to re-use the same article is to re-write so it appears to be new. That way you don't have to come up with new ideas just a different way of saying it. Original content helps you more than duplicate content anyway.
