I'm also experiencing lots of pressures right now. First is financial matters. We're saving up for our very first baby. Next would come from work. It's our first 2 months of training and we need to absorb loads of information before we can be regularized. What I do in order to cope with these pressures is I focus on my goals and I think of my family. My wife and our baby is my driving force to move on.

Pressure is part of life,we need to know how to handle
problems. First, don't think that these are pressures to
lessen the burden on your part. Second, live each day at a time.
you won't realize soon this will be fine.

I have many pressures. Such as my child's education, health care, job, money, economy etc. But sometimes we can't think so much, as we can't solve all these pressures. So sometimes I have to think about the positive way and try to be relaxed.

Anyone can deal with pressure effectively by becoming a little creative and planning. First and foremost thing that will go a long way reducing pressure is fix your hours of work. Write down 'things-to-do' on a piece of paper and act accordingly without thinking about other tasks. Complete one task, if the first one is unmanageable, then move on to the next. Breakig the big, difficult tasks in chunks is the way to go. Time is a great factor. try your best to see that time is not wasted. Write down the tasks on a piece of paper. This simple looking technique has been used for years by the people who are millionaire and this is being taught in management schools. Sometimes the trivial actions who look to simple, have great hidden power. Everyday before going to bed, make an assessment of what you have accomplished and what remained. This is a great way to start next day with a list already in hand.

One of the first things I did when I quit a management job to follow my heart and do my art was to downsize. Take a look at your house and your personal life, decide what it is that you can do without. The first thing I did was take out my cell phone. I decided if people wanted to get ahold of me bad enough they could call my home phone and leave a message. I learned how to budget shop for my food and to use coupons, instead of going to the mall to buy clothes, I go to Goodwill. You would not believe the nice things they have there...learn to budget shop with everything you do and it will ease the stress of your money situation. Now is the time to go for a house loan. Banks are being very leniant on giving loans.Find something you can afford that won't kill your budget. I just got a loan for my house plus the guest cottage behind it and it is cheaper than what I am paying for rent. Really look at your job...is it really something that fulfills you or is it a burden? Sometimes if you are overstressed at work it will actually make you ill. I have had it happen in my life and decided that job was not really worth it. Raising a child will come to you naturally and enjoy the experience because they grow up so fast. One of the things I do to reduce stress is yoga and meditation. It kinda puts you in another world and you forget your problems. I also do my art and I get so into it that I forget my stress. Find something you enjoy for you and it will relax you

A simple thing we can do is when we are in acute stress/ pressure then Take a deep breath and repeat it for 3-4 times. Secondly having a glass of water would help to reduce pressure. Then be cool, smile and try to think how "it is Possible", Surely then our mind can thing and execute various positive thoughts in order to make any thing possible. Lastly 'THINK THAT I BELIEVE IN ME'.Try to be happy and spread happiness... One can not give you peace but yourself...Afterall if we have healthy and happy family... no space for pressure...Enjoy!!!

Pressure in life is normal. Pressure makes life worth living. As whats been said that whatever happens to us is just 1%, How we react or handle the pressure/problem is the 99%. I guess you stop whatever you're doing and write on a piece of paper all the things you've mentioned that cause you being pressure and then start prioritizing. Why not put a number and write your own suggestion how you can handle things. It is also best that you discuss this to the people you trust most - like a friend or/& family member. Expressing and asking for understanding will yield a little pressure on your part. Other people's expectation really add to the pressure we are feeling. involving them will lessen it. They may not contribute monetarily but at least a little understanding can really help a lot.

Yes,I have pressure too, such as buy new house, busy job,no more orders, take care my hubby,my hubby's salary is not very good, etc.
But when these pressure is too heavy on me,I will listen music,go shopping, sleeping to reduce them. Then I will feel better.
Anyway,we must learn how to reduce our pressure because we can not bear much more pressure all the time.
Wish all of us happy!

For finance issue, I tried finding part time job. My salary is enough to pay the bills but won't leave more for emergency cash. There's possibility something come up and we may need money for that. So I save my part time income to be use for this reason. For work, I just do my job. I don't care about political issue in the office since no matter how close I am to someone, we govt. workers don't get promote for that. Thinking too much won't do any good.
