Yes creating blog with blogger is really fun and its very easy to create the blog and get started.I think that it is the best for beginners.
I'm not a beginner anymore, but I still use a happy blogger.

Blogger I found is easy to use, and to apply/learn various template/html modifications. But it's the content that counts, and to promote/increase a blog for visitors. I did a post on how to do this, in Computer Tech Links (in my Mylot profile) if you want to check it out..

i love Blogger. I have my blog through that site and I have to say it is so easy to use and understand. I love the background and the fact that I was able to make it my own.
