Somehow, is how many cellphone in the world. Cellphone has become a part of human life. Cellphone is a useful thing, but the use of a cellphone is not appropriate, it will cause problems / damage. Cellphone is part of our mordern life, without it is like something is missing.
For my case, I will definitely need to make sure that I will have my cellphone when I leave the house. And my mobile have all my contacts and appointments, it helps to keep time of my activities.

I think that's depend on purpose and who will feel that. Example: In the crime, for the perpetrator that things is very useful for communicating with the others actors, such as spying of the victims. But for the victim that things is very harmful, supposing there no cellphones, to reconnaissance is difficult so maybe that crime is never happened.
