Hi, idolkosivalsotto! My husband tells me that I snore at times. I hate when he tells me this, because I don't think that I am a snorer. It is an embrassing thing to know. I know that they have snoring strips, but I have never used them before. I don't really know any other preventions, except for that one. I am sorry that you are experiencing breathing trouble while snoring. It is best for you to see a doctor so that you can get this checked out. I hope that you will be okay in the end. Take care of yourself!

I sure hope I don't snore although I was told that there are times when I'm really tired that I breath hard when I'm at sleep - but not loud :) I think that heavy and very loud snoring involves something of the person's throat and it has be checked out by a doctor. For light snoring, try putting a towel beneath your neck when you sleep so that you will be elevated more.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I tend to think that I do not snore unless I am really tired. But my husband begs to differ with me from time to time. I think if you have a Bad snoring problem maybe their could be something causing it for sure. I know some medications make it hard to breathe thru your nose. But you can buy the Nasal strips to put on your nose that are supposed to help with Breathing and snoring while you sleep. So that could be a suggestion for you to think about.

This happen due to air congestion. Sleep with all window open in your room. Maintain proper ventilation in your room. Take care of surrounding as well
