Are you feel mylot must take care about customer support?

Dear mylotters! I am really enjoying the mylot forum because this is working as a chat program, knowledge sharing site and very big of online earning site! I am feeling the earning and other are satisfying me! especially the work of tasks also!
but my big trouble is customer support! I have a lot of questions about the new product of mylot tasks! and some questions related photo uploading! but the mylot FAQ page not solving my doubts! so I think mylot must develop the customer support! Are you feeling like this? share with me!

ya ditto. I like the site alot, but the customer support is horrible. And then there's these people on here that think they are customer support or admin, and when you ask a question in a post they make a really rude comment to you. If they are admin they all need to be removed from admin cause they are very rude.

When I have sent a query to myLot they usually get back sooner or later with a response unless it is a question which has already been answered in the FAQs.
If you think a veteran user can help then please feel free to send a PM. I have answered queries in PMs to many on my friend list and if I can help then I will do so willingly.
