Building a house or buying a built house... which one interests you????

I always have a passion for building a house of my own.
Look out for all possible layouts, sit with my architect and design a house of my own and construct and love to live in that house.
Soem how... an already constructed house or an appartment does not interest me much??
How do you wish for??

I think I could go either way. I think it could be really fun to have a house built just how I want it, but I also think it's fun go around looking at houses too. I am not planning to buy a house for a few years anyway, but I think when the time comes, I'll probably just look into both options and see what seems to be the best for me at that time. Either way, I am really looking forward to it!

What really interests me most is building my own house. Since it will be MY OWN HOUSE, then all layouts, design should inlined with my likes, favored designs coz it will be much comforting.
