How useful are traffic exchange sites?

The purpose of traffic exchange sites is so others can see your web pages. I think most people using them are only trying to show their own pages while not paying much attention to the others. If you want traffic, you won't get much from them. If you want money, EasyHits4u is one that does pay $0.30 per 1000 pages you view, but to reach the $3 minimum, you'll have to surf 10,000 pages total. I have $2.42 right now and only need to surf 120 (or more) pages per day for 14 (or less) days.

easyhits4u is the best. $0.3 for 1000 surfed sites. Min cashout is $3. But it takes a lot of time to reach that.

I know of a few that do payout, but you have to surf a lot. One site is good with many members, so you know your site will get a lot of exposure, and it pays $0.10 per referral plus $0.30 for every 1,000 pages surfed. I know of a few others as well.
