My Java Script Turned Off...?

Hi lotters,
I am fond of watching and listening music videos in youtube but just this morning my settings got a problem. Friends, what should i do or how i fix if i received a comment from youtube like this " you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of adobe's Flash Player".
I already tried to installed the Latest flash Player but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I need help. Thanks in advance.

Only you need to install newer version of adobe and also enable your java script by your tool menu present in Internet explorer or Firefox. After that you can listen any music.

Thank you for your time and suggestion, i appreciated it.
I already downloaded successfully the newer version of adobe flash and just last night enjoy again listening/watching my fave music in you tube.
