You don't need to convert the currency. Their automatic system will do that as per their conversion rate. Have your added your bank account where you want to withdraw? Go to Withdraw Withdraw funds to your bank account Then enter your branch IFSC (Indian financial system code)[Ask to your branch manager or get it from your bank's website] Enter your Account Number. Then request the amount. Just wait and you will get the money with in 5-7 business days. (I got within 2 days.) You must have $10 to request. The CURRENCY CONVERTER link is there just to make it know their conversion rate.

There is on need to bother about currency conversion as when you will link your bank account with your paypal account and ask for transfer of amount $ will automatically get converted into indian rupee INR providing you would have provided India as your country name in the Paypal account.
