Laptop keyboard problem.

I bought a laptop less than a year ago. There is something wrong with the keyboard. If I type too fast and too hard on its keyboard, the cursor sometimes jumps to other places. sometimes several words or even lines of words may get deleted accidentally. Have you ever met such a problem? Share your experience,please.
