i find that i know what i should do and how ..but i just don't do the right thing because it makes me feel empty and void, kinda hollow and painfully sick feeling hanging in your guts all the time . very dark and hopeless. long time back i stopped being good and i feel a lot better ,but my energy in life and interest ,and my charisma and everything has disappeared.

you know..? you can really feel happy only when you are satisfied with what you have and when you know to value your own potential. don't compare yourself with others. think yourself to be unique.
yes believe me, if you achieve to bring a smile on one face everyday then you would feel a inner happiness. this happiness is lasting and true.

All right I will give it a go. Being "morally right" makes you less happy. What is morally right to you? It is something different to each person. To me it is being kind to others, even if they are unkind to me. It is helping those in need. I do not feel hollow or sick from this, in fact I feel Vibrant and Alive from this. How can you feel better, when your energy in life and charisma has disappeared? This neighbor I truly do not understand. My feeling good comes from my Energy in life and charisma, and building those makes me feel better. Perhaps in time, you will find that perhaps what is "morally right" in your view in fact isn't right at all and that is why deep down you feel hollow and empty.
