Talking banner ads

I sometimes have the sound off while typing on my computer and sometimes it is on and I forget about it and then when I come across a banner ad like that one on the top of some myLot pages that says you have won a wii over and over and over it starts driving me nuts! All these new pop up things also slow down your computer. Is anyone else bothered by these things?

yes I am bothered by it hey look I won again if I had a nickel for each time one of those pop ups pop in an say I won heck I would be rich I also hate those emails that say I won 17,000.000000I get about 2 of those a day god i am lucky huh

You bring up an interesting point. If we all had nickels for each time we were guaranteed winners we could probably buy a used car at the very least!

I really hate the talking banners. I tend to leave my sound off but if someone else uses my computer and leaves the sound on it always freaks me out when I start hearing some talking. lol I wish they didn't talk.

It's really weird when you have your sound set really low and you hear this sound and you're trying to figure out where the heck it is coming from!

All those things are just spammers anyways...or phishers trying to get you to buy something you don't want...they irritate me too.
