Ideas of a romantic evening for my fiance

My fiance and I have been together for 2 years and a half now. We've decided to start a tradition whereby we would alternate who has to give the other a romantic day or evening once a month. Well, this is my month and I don't know what to do. I've decided to do it this coming Thursday and have a couple of ideas but not many. I'd sure appreciate your expertise, ideas, thoughts, etc. on this. We always seem to try to top the other's previous ideas from other months. Just to give you a little background on him: he is in love with WWE (wrestling), Heineken beer, loves to eat, watch movies, and is extremely laid back not much of a person to go out (although he is up for anything).
