It's ironic, Prs. Bush said this time and time again, but the ghouls in the incompetent press never accepted it. Now that their guy's butt it filling the big chair in the oval office (all of the sudden) they are listening.
Once again, we see a policy of Prs. Bush's that Prs. Obama is continuing... but wait a minute, I thought Bush didn't do anything right? ROFL!

It is a good sign. At least Obama is trying to placate the Islamic world and try diplomacy first and wars later. This would greatly help. He is only using his popularity to assert positive thoughts, thats all.
A lot needs to be done that we will have to wait and see and we cannot judge right now whether Obama can be successful or not. However, at least there is this effort from him to make peace, which is a welcome change from Bush era.

Did you even read the OP? Bush stated over and over that the war is NOT against Islam. He never once said the war is against Islam.
It's hilarious that you agree with Obama but disagree with Bush when they said exactly the same thing!

What is there to disagree with Bush? And when did I claim I don't agree with Bush? All I was saying was Obama is more vocal about it, and he gets more publicity in the press simply because of his popularity. When did Bush go to Turkey to claim he wasn't against Islam? The point is, Bush wasn't wrong with what he did, however, he never was vocal enough about many things. Part of the problem perhaps lay in the difference between his words and actions.
How is the world supposed to view you when you claim you are not against Islam when you are hell bent on occupying countries at your whim? Obama's comments however make more sense in that he has already promised to leave Iraq alone. That is what gives him more credibility.

"However, at least there is this effort from him to make peace, which is a welcome change from Bush era."
That gave me my first hint!

Every body know that USA is not at war with Islam except the muslims , they choose to believe in Osama instead of Obama . It's a lot easier to accept Osama's rhetoric since USA is not against Israel and recognize a Jewish's state right to exist and can not accept the total destruction of Israel by Islamic world.

I do not want the United States to be at war with anybody, but more important than peace is standing up for freedom. If we have to go to war to protect human freedoms, then we should do it. I do not really know of a country dominated by Muslims where there is true freedom religion, where a Muslim can convert and become a Christian. Having the right to become a Christian is more important than having peace.

Well clearly Obama is about change, a change in the media coverage. Everyone knows that Bush said the exact same thing, but the media framed it as though he were lying. Suddenly Obama says it and they call it an olive branch.
Aside from words, Obama hasn't changed anything about the way the war itself is conducted. He is still using rendition, he is still attacking terrorists in Pakistan, he is still increasing troops in Afghanistan, and he is still planning to leave 50,000 troops in Iraq when the war efforts are over. His minions are too blind and stupid to realize that those were all things Bush was already doing.

Bush, Obama, whoever the heck... They are all owned by the same people.
And no, we're not at war with Islam. We are at war with people in Islamic countries who are using Islam to further other interests. Mostly revolving around power and money.

Oh, now I get the "change" part, he's just changing the way he words things.
