Best Religion

The best religion is the one that makes you feel whole inside when you participate in it. It is the one that gives you the most joy and makes you feel the closest to G'd. When you find that religion, you will know you are home! Shalom~Adoniah

Dear cash, everyone claims their religion is best way to God and everyone should follow their religion and except Hinduism, every other religion have tried and tried successfully to convert people and killed people if they have not converted. Be it Islam, Christianity or Buddhism or any other religion. But we forget all religions are only path to one God, people give it different names, some call it God, some call it Allah or some call him Krishna. The basic cause of fight is saying mine is better than yours while we forget each religion says same thing, all preach brotherhood, help others and live with peace.

Buddhist do believe that there is no such religion except Buddhism sorry but IMO you are WAY wrong on that one....Many Buddhists are accepting of all paths, we dont believe in the god idea and dont agree with much but we realize that ppl are free to choose what is best for them and thats as it should be..and Buddhism is NOT a religion.

any of you have find the truth by religion? if yes what kind of truth? the best? greater ? that's seperation, by identification, i'm moeslim, i'm christian, i'm hinduism, i'm buddhist you have do seperation. And now what do you dream about heaven? a place you will live peacefully? a place that you needn't to work but always fed? or a place that everything you need is available? thruth can't find through someone else or other ideas.

I consider the best religion the religion that makes you be the best person you can be, and you actually believe that religion, if you don't believe in your religion its worthless.

Well, i for one, am a Muslim, but i believe i have no right to tell you and exclaim beyond a reasonable doubt that it is the best. It doesn't matter to me which is the best, because in the end, doesn't everyone want to go to Heaven despite any religion being the best? I bet every religion has something in them that tell us to do A , B, and C and you will have a spot in Heaven. And i guess everything is to make us all better people.

Best religion? under what criteria? By population? By Glamour? By Extreme practices? By Doctrine? By Philosophy? By Wealth? Please be specific. Well, every member of different religions would say theirs is the best since this is implied in the teachings inside their church. Religion cannot save your soul dude, as religions is just an abstract entity to identify a group of people who shares the same belief. And only those who believe that there is heaven may have the passport to HEAVEN. And those who believe in HEAVEN and makes a move to get the passport will get there. Religion must not be equated to relation to GOD. Religion is more of social, while relationship to GOD is more of spiritual.

I believe that heaven and hell are spiritual states of existence which can be experienced in this world or the next. No one religion will get you a passport to heaven. To reach "heaven" you must progress spiritually in this world and in the next. It is all a spectrum. People of all religions or no religion at all can be on either end of the spectrum. Most fall in the middle. I practice the Baha'i Faith because it is the only religion I have found which believes that all of the religions are true and does not look down on people of other religions. But everyone has their own spiritual path they must follow. The Baha'i Faith may not work for them. We are all different and have different needs. Each religion provides different sets of guidance which help people with particular needs. There is no best religion. The Baha'i Faith is the best religion for me, buddhism may be the best religion for someone else and picking different practices from a variety of religions may be the best for you. We are all unique spiritually and so must each follow are own paths. In the end, what you call yourself is not important. Only love and kindess and other spiritual qualitites are important. This is my opinion which I have deduced from my own experience. I could of course be completely wrong but this is what makes sense to me.

This is very controversial topic. I think the best will be what one believes in and is doing it or practices it. In many ways, the best religion is one that you believe in that will make you do good, feel good and will make this world a better place to live in - where there is no war but LOVE because there is only one GOD that created everything.

my thing is its the one right for you. some might have a different god well some have the same god. to me none is better then other to me. its what right for you, we often need to check out the different to see whats right for us.

i belive islam is the best and only one true religion in the world, the facta is al-qur'an, all of there in alqur'an have happened

I suggest that u shouldn't have asked this question, coz each and everyone will definitely say their religion is the best, You can differentiate which religion is the best.

budism, open minded, very relaxed and knowbody see it and thinks bad the history is quite special and the idea of meditation and budist teaching is the way he world should be.

religion is what we make up in our minds....... even mylot can be a religion tommorow if people start believing so. just think about these points........ are you not a muslim or a christian just because you were taken to a mosque or church?if your christian parents left you in care of a buddhist guardian in your early years..........what would you be by religion 2nd point is every religion teaches about a heaven and hell............but on the other hand they say your future is already been decided bt the almighty... now suppose he decides you should be a criminal where is the point of the last judgement. only thing is when you feel that god is with you ....many of our tasks become simple. its a type of mental support by you to you.

There's no best religion. I think what ever religion you are in as long as you believe and have strong faith in GOD I think that would be the best one. Put God in everthing you do, WWJD(What would Jesus Do). =)
