At work, sometimes my superior or co - workers encounter unpleasantsies, they might bad - mouthed at with certain words. I don't think that is nice, due to the fact that we have ladies present too. We should keep it civil, and keep it down while at work. Don't you agree?

Well, I had my share of those. But in my case, I just adjust considering that there is nothing I can do. I once worked with a boss that is very good and since he is very good, he thinks that he knows everything, there is no chance during the argument that he is wrong. Well, what can I do. So the best thing is to pack up and work with someone whom you can work really well. I do not mind what kind of work for as long as there is a pleasant atmosphere, even if the salary is not that high.

It's really mean to say bad words but in a working environment like you mentioned. at times, we cannot control the behavior of our co-workers. I guess, you better start adjusting to the environment that you have right now. I am not saying that you become one with them. Just accept that it is the environment that you choose and if possible just ignore them whenever they start saying bad things/words
