No one likes to move. traveling is on thing, but packing up and moving your home is another. Having done this is a big step when living abroad, one is required to let go of certain feeling of possession and you are forced to realize that certain items do not belong in certain countries. On the positive side, traveling can be incredible liberating and stimulating, you can build on your confidence, and gain strength long forgotten. learning to live in smaller space or within unique and limited space is a another simple way of living

yes, it is different when you travel and go for leisure. moving is entirely different because when you move and transfer to another country... most definitely you will sell your stuffs and house in the country so you can move entirely. just the feeling that you might not like the new place, the new people and friends is just as stressful as the other heavier things.

I went to work as a children's nanny in Finland when I was 18 years old. The family was rich and they had three children. They lived in a town house, spent lots of time in their country house and a bit of time at the lake side cottage. They liked to have a sauna and then jump into the cool lake. They enjoyed berry picking. I did a working holiday in Australia and that was really enjoyable. I worked as a children's nanny and the family had two children. I worked in a factory packing paper into hand bags and I collected money for a charity. I am flexible and can quickly adapt to living in a different country.

I think traveling is very important...it gives you the chance to get away from your daily routine and know new places by visiting, meeting new people, discovering new ways of having fun. Of course, on my opinion (of a single man with no kids and family) the best thing to do would be that of goig to some place different from the one you live in right now for a month or even more (find a job in your favorite vacation destination or go for a language course that spans over a month)..it is definitely the best way to know and visit new places. You cannot pretend to learn something from the places you visit during a week! Take more time cause it is always worth it!

As a child, I've moved around a lot... I never really minded packing up & moving to another town, or even aonther country... When I lived in Korea, I must have moved about 5 times by the time I turned 14... Then I came to United States... I have to admit it was a big adjustment... But I've gotten used to it pretty quickly... Then on, for about 4 - 5 years, I moved around in U.S. frequently as well... It wasn't until my daughter was born 10 years ago that I settled to one location... I've moved around in between but not as much...

I like travelling different places and countries in the world at the same time i think that if dont pack up things which i require , i may feel bore or struck at some point of time.....so its better to pack the moveable items which can accepted by the country and also we should have more friends to travel along with us then only we will have lot of fun and entertainment to us.....

it is always very problematic esp for us indian if we have to shift abroad. I know people would send their kids back to study in hostels even if they are in 3rd or 4th class because of education there. A child in west can not cope education here and this is big worry . If they r going to settle permanently in west then they take kids otherwise it is impossible for kid to study as kids here if he gets used to nearly no study in west in schools..

I think traveling is withn human nature, to see and learn new things in new places, bagage can be annoying but once youve moved its ok. Its not really that much effort really a stressful week or two at most, the airport and tranfering good can be annoying but youhave to ask yourself is it worth it, if it is do it, if it isn't then jsut don't.

Where did you move from and to? I moved from the UK to Malta when I was 15, i found it pretty tough because in your young teen years i think you're just starting to figure out who you are and who your real friends are and then wham...you move to a completely different country and have to start from the beginning in a new and overwhelming culture! I think i suffered from depression to begin with, it was a good year til i started to fit in. Now i love it and would never go back!
