My internet connection isn't working well, so I am out for three or four days!

Yeap, this is one of the worst week, I think. It has been 36 hours since my connections isn't working well. Yesterday, I could post some responses but today not at all. Right now I am in a cyber cafe, I am here just to tell you guys that for next 3-4 days.

Hi sanuanu, I’m sorry to learn that you couldn’t access stable network connection for such a long time, but you still could manage to eke out a few posts. It’s sad 
that the situation is worse still that today you couldn’t access any internet connection totally. Thank you for taking the trouble to get on internet in the cyber café and submit this discussion to let us know your present stage.
I did encounter such very situation before and I understand your feeling deeply. It was really annoying! But we couldn’t do anything to the network service, for it is beyond our ability to cope with. I hope the internet service provider will get the network restored as usual very soon.

The service of the isp in your place is really efficiently. I envy you to have such good isp and could get your internet connection to resume as usual in such a short period, one a half day, right!
Comparing to that in my place, I blush to say that they took a week or so to restore the network service. It is worse still, they willing to this only, after I had hastened them for several times on phone. The service here is not efficiently for there is only one isp in this small town I live. I hope there would be more internet service providers in my place. I believe service will improve effectively if there is competition, for they will afraid that they would lose their regular customers with poor service.
You are always a fast runner here. Don't worry, I believe you will catch up your paces here very soon.

Thanks for the complement.
This time they did it at a brisk pace and I am glad that they were enquiring me even after my connection was restored but at times it took more than a week. This february was one of the those time.
Yea, if there are only one ISP then they think they can do whatever they want to do. Seems like monopally but if there others then condition could improve.
I hope you would get more ISPs in your area.

My service providers were quick this time and it took only 36 hours for them to make good changes to make me online again. Think that it was because you guys prayed for me!
Yes, it was very sad as well as annoying that I couldn't access mylot for last two days. It will certainly hamper my goals for the next payment.

yes I undersand. one of my frinds on mylot living in India has said she has experenced the same problems or problems like that. a slow conection or the net gets dc or what ever is going on at the time, jsut play catch up when you can.

i can feel that.i a storm took out my ethernet card the one time,no net for a week til i got paid and replaced it.that sucked

Yes, it was something around 70% faster than usual but I have doubts that it can run smoothly for recent days as we expect rain in next one or two days and once rain comes, the networks gets down for something around 7-8 days.
I hope that this doesn't happen but who knows.!

I am sad to hear you've had problems with internet. I have had similar problems too. I thought it was my computers at first but it turns out my service provider was having the problem. They should alert us when there are these problems somehow so we aren't thinking our computers are messed up. Hurry back!1 person likes this

Hey there! That's bad news for you. What internet connection do you have? DSL or broadband? And what is you internet service provider. Well there is no better ISP here in the Philippines. I am glad that your connection is ok now sanuanu but I am sad at the same time coz I think I will be experiencing the same thing like you my connection is on and off and then down again for 1 day and I think since its Holy week no one can fix it so I have to be at an internet cafe of at my cosines house just to check on the sites that I am doing and to log in here at mylot I think your bad luck is in me now lol....and the worst part is I dont know till when this is gonna be ok .....I am going crazy here my friend how did you ever survive without a net.waaaaaaaaa just hate this thing

I hope you get back soon. I'll miss your discussions. I have enjoyed your discussions. But I can understand how you feel. My husband changed the modem we have got and since then, I feel that the speeds are slower that the old one.
I don't know what I would rather put up with. A faster modem but plays up at least once every day or 2 or a slightly slower modem with no problems.

Its really sad that you have a problem with your internet connection for so many days. It is really sad to hear that as life these days is going through internet way. It is really difficult to get on the life without world wide web conncetion.

Sorry to hear that your internet connevtion is out ,I empathize with you .I know how I would feel if my internet connectio was out and it is not a good feeling.I hope that this will be resolved soon and we will miss you but dont worry we are all waiting until you come back and I would also like to use this opportunity to thank you for always responding to my discussions.

i have the best internet that you can get around my area. it is the fastest and is supposed to be the most reliable one. well i prove that wrong, although it is prolably the fastest it is always down. and some times it goes down for more than just a day or so, i have went without internet period for like two weeks because of the service around here sucks. what type of internet are you using?
