Hi Tushavi, as mentioned above, yeap you can use nail polish remover. it works the best, as in remove all the whito stains effectively and it's easy to get the nail polish remover at any store. Besides that, if you have toner, you can use that as well. Basically to remove a whito stains, all you need is stuff that contains ethanol, if you do not have nail polish remover and toner, you may try to find if you have any liquid that contains ethanol. it works greatly to remove any stains of whito. good luck!

HI Tushavi,
Here you can use nail polish remover as well as liquid used to clean cd or audio tape. i think both liquid are same and useful for you. have a great day!

Try finger nail polish remover, I have found this works the best. Also you may try using the white out pen instead of the liquid which gets very messy over time, the bottle it's self. There are also some other types that you never have to touch the actual covering material, they look like a mesuring tape roll, you put the tip where you want to cover and push down and roll over the space and it is put on in a ribbon like piece. This discription may sound weird but they really do work great. Check out your white out options next time you go to buy it. Seriously though the polish remover works great. Good Luck!!
