Do you take over the counter drugs just to relieve pain?

if i have illness or if i'm not feeling well sometimes i buy the medicines over the counter just to relieve pain..but sometimes i don't buy because some drugs there are lots of side effects

i dont..i just let it heal naturally..only when it is getting worse and i can stand it i will buy medicine. i dont take too much and i think it is okay.

I do not take anything for pain or sickness.. I let it heal naturally
