I agree with you, i was guilty of this too, but after being on for just one day i see how annoying this is we need to start asking some valuable questions that have a point. i think its people just started, i didnt realize at first that i would get money for responding i thought it was just for how many people responded to my discussions, i wonder if this is the case for many new people and thats why were seeing so many of these silly discussions

Well thought out discussions are different though, and it also brings in money. If you check out the FAQ, rules, guidelines, etc for myLot, it suggests you make up to 6 discussions a day. Also, if you do the above and post about 50-100 times a day will bring you some decent cash. It's very time consuming, but you're not going to find a better site than this, in my opinion anyway.

Ya I agree with ya. MyLot should make it so you can only post 5 to 10 discussions. So you have to make them count. You can respond to however many you want to though.

I'm seriously having a hard time finding something interesting to discuss and respond. I don't wanna talk about if I'm hot or not or if I like a certain ethnic group better than the other or if I'm a male or female. I don't want to be rude but people are slacking on genuine discussions. Sorry to come to your post and vent.

Yes...I have said this repeatedly today...Quality is better than quantity. The first 2 days I was on mylot I made 50 posts/day and made .90/day. Last night I only made 15 post's but they were all detailed, descriptive, and on-topic responses which furthered the discussion. I made over 1.30 with just those 15 posts...so even though I do try to post thought provoking discussions, I also only respond to those discussions that require longer answers.

This is so true! If only people would put thought into topics that are already here maybe we could all make more money and learn more! I always try to write thoughtful responses and I try not to start discussions which are silly (although thats subjective I guess :P)

lol this is so true, so any discussions so fast. maybe people should slow down a little? i think its the urge to get pai that makes them do this.
