It's really not possible to say how they will get on (or not as the case may be). Cats are as individual in how they react to other cats as people are towards other people. They may like each other from the outset, or fight each other and never get on together. There may also be a lot of hissing and growling until they sort out the status thing and then live together all nice and friendly (armed nutrality).
The only thing you can do is to bring in your new cat and see what happens, but be prepared to return the Persian (if you can) if there is real antagonism between them. Incidentally, how about posting a picture of your Siberian? It's a beautiful cat breed.

i've had as many as 5 male cats at once..
they will most likely have a few disagreements when first introduced, then settle into peace after they've established who's dominant.neutered males usually have no problems living together.

he might.i had one who never sprayed,or was aggressive towards the others.
he acted the same way before and after neutering.
it just depends on the cat.

I don't think anything horrid would happen between them. They would most likely disagree with each other but the fact that they're both neutered kind of makes the disagreements less - no testosterone to pump an "argument" and they're also unlikely to be territorial. At least our neutered cat isn't (territorial or disagreeable). However, I don't think he likes being the company of un-neutered cats because I think they bully him around.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!
