Hi emma this is a very simple dish known as rabri which is an Indian Desert. For preparing this you need 1litres of non skimmed milk,1/4 kg sugar, few dry fruits like cachewnuts, almonds, dry grapes, apricot.Take a pan add milk to it boil it on a gas stove and keep stirring milk for 30 mins.keep stirring the milk till the consistency becomes thick, add sugar to the thickened milk .Cut all the dry fruits listed above into small pieces and add these dry fruits to the thickened milk and stir the milk with a stirrer to form a smmoth uniform thick liquid. Take a pan add some oil to it and fry two pieces of bread in it,in a different pan take two glass of water and 1 cup sugar and keep it on gas stove to form a thick mixture add those crispy fried bread pieces to water and sugar mixture.remove the bread from that mixture and add the thick milk we have prepared garnish it with mint leaves and refrigerate it and serve chilled

Hi Emma, I love cooking and I love eating. I enjoy Chinese food especially Sate. When I make Sate I sometimes fry some chicken, onions and green peppers then mix the ingredients for the sate sauce in water, add that to the pan and finish cooking all together. Not the traditional way but I love it. If it is a bit too hot I add in some ground coconut. For deserts I love Apple Crumble or Damson Crumble. Those are dishes with the fruit on the bottom and cooked in the oven topped with crumbly pastry. Super served hot with ice cream, custard (vanilla sauce9 or, for the damsons, a brandy sauce. My favourite desert is a Trifle. This is a mixture of sponge cake, fruit and jelly covered with custard (vanilla pudding) and topped with .a thick layer of whipped cream. Delicious!

I love to cook! I wish that I had someone to go around and clean up after me like the Food Network and Julia. I think that cooking is my main outlet for creativity. I love to make cakes and that it is my favorite. I really enjoy cooking lots of Italian foods and prefer to cook by myself, but always let my little man help too;)

I don't really enjoy cooking but I don't mind cooking for my husband. I do however like to bake things like desserts. I like to mix up a brownie recipe and add my own things to the recipe. It is not unusual for me to add applesauce and chocolate chips to the recipe or bananas and chocolate chips or one of other things to the recipe. Whenever I have cooked up my brownies and other people have tasted it I have always been told that they are very good.

Hi Emma, I prefer eating to cooking; I don't like the preparation and cleaning up. I enjoy a lot of food, so I really can't name a favorite. As for desserts, I like mango puddings, chocolate mousse, cheesecakes and ice-creams.

I've learned to make meals now, but I am kinda nervous on making food for more people rather than 2-3 people who will eat it. I like making this baked chicken that I do with potatoes and carrots. I haven't gotten to make a meal with dessert yet. Unless scooping ice cream in a bowl is dessert. hehehe
