how long do you spend online?

I spend one to two hours on the internet. Surfing on the internet for long stretches is not good for eyes, shoulders and legs. To cite a real example, one of my friends was hospitalised jost for surfing 12-14 hours a day. What happened was he developed severe back pain. He had to take off from office and visit hospital for continuous fifteen days for physiotherapy which is the only way out in back pains. If I spend ten hours in front of computer screen (raising bill for electricity and internet, leaving cost of time spent aside) I should fairly ask myself is my surfing that productive. Is it going to be profitable in any manner so as to cover expenses and profitable? Would earning few dollars by spending hours in front of computer everyday affordable for you?

I am usually online 10 - 12 hrs a day from Monday to Sunday.

It has become a habit and everything to me.I spend most of the day in online only.

I'm online everynight usally. At least from 9 or ten to 12 or three. :P

I am online 8 hrs a day since i am a software professional and have access to internet all the day when i am at office and also when i come home, i access internet for some personal work. I know that its too long spending on computer but can't get rid of it since its my living but i take some precautions to avoid problems.

I spend nearly 4 hours daily. Time goes at a supersonic speed , when i log on to internet . It is very difficult for me to log off. Internet is a like a boost for me daily.
