Cannot see pendrive drive letter

Cannot see pendrive drive letter on 'MyComputer'. When i plug the kingston pendrive into USB post it was recognized by windows. But when i open 'MyComputer' the drive is Not in the list. e.g. H: I try to refresh every time but still the same. any tips thanks in advance.

u should have powerful in other words reliable anti virus software like Kasper-sky,Avg etc. and your anti virus software should always be updated . i think u might be experiencing virus in your computer which is not allowing your desired work ...so u can try the latest anti virus software as suggested...best luck

i used latest version of avira antivir and all virus was detected and removed, but i still cannot see my usb pendrive letter in 'my computer'. my computer is Desktop NEC Powermate. any more information needed thanks for response.
