How can I chat with foreigners on MSN?Tell me

I have recently been a new user on MSN,I just want to chat with some foreigners to improve my English and make more friends.Though I have added many of them,no one has accepted my invitations,it means that I haven't chat with one friend until now.Could U tell me some ways?It makes me dispirited.

QQ number is OK,??! maybe you can find some foreigners use QQ and get their QQ number ,then ...

Ask ppl there msn adress. There not much anny other way to add them

Hi, accept my friend request in mylot, then send me your MSN Id. I chat with yahoo messenger, but that doesn't matter because yahoo and MSN are connected.
