So for my English Composition class, I'm doing a research project on writer's block. It will essentially be a self-study/analysis of myself and my own struggles with the condition, but I am also looking for stories of when other people have experienced writer's block. If you could help me out by posting stories of specific times you experienced it that would be great. Feel free to mention what you were writing for, what you think caused the block, what happened when you go it, and how you go past it. Any other comments or opinions on writer's block are also welcome.
Thanks!

This is probably boring and i am sure someone else will have better writers block memory or history in the making, anyway.....I like to write poetry...i am better with that than my own term papers. I seem to get in writers block when I am trying to hard to make it "perfect" so to speak or make the wording "spectular." Then when i have nothing to write about, i get in a stump. Alot of my writing comes from my feelings, moods, live events, my child and nature.
I was writing this one about a favorite person, had his picture up on my computer and for some reason i just started writing and writing, i was up til 1 AM and had about 10 poems by the time i was done......then all of the sudden.....nothing. I tried to write the next day and couldn't. must of all came at once and didn't have anything else to say/write.
