Name some book that help in the relationship

thats not necessarily true at all, some men have a hard time expressing their feelings or have conditions where no matter what their wants and needs are, they have difficulty fulfilling them, I went through a rocky part of my relationship and I read a few different self help books that helped me learn how to better respond to situations because my bf is the type of guy who just doesnt talk about his feelings

That case would have fallen under "extreme desperation", for which you could have gotten the information freely online by either asking someone, or reading the multitudes of self-help websites. The books may have helped you, and I'm not contesting that, but you could have easily found an equally effective and cost free way of fixing your problem.

no I couldnt have gotten the help and information for free online because believe me I did try that, sometimes it is best to get information for a real professional who wrote a book instead of some random quack on the internet, or just some random person who is not in a position to give expert advice because they don't know what they are talking about
