How do you prefer your chicken?

How do you like to eat chicken? Is there a special way to prepare it or is there a restaurant that really knows how to pull the best out of poultry. I already tried a few ways to eat chicken and would be very greatful if you could suggest some recipes or ways of eating it.

My favorites are chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and tomato sauce and chicken cordon bleu (chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese). I also like chicken stir fry, chicken curry, and chicken noodle soup. The easiest way to get recipes for any of these items is to try www.allrecipes.com. I use it all the time to find really good new recipes.

My husbands step mom fixes something she calls spoon chicken. She fries it till its just about done, then bakes it for like 45-60 minutes. It comes out with a cripsy skin and the meat just falls off the bone. All the seasonings get baked right into the skin. Its sooo good.
