Im 36 weeks and doubting that I'll make it to 40, I think im getting contractions and the doctor told she could feel the head yesterday when she checked me. She also told me that is not necessarily good to go all the way to 40 weeks....when did your bundle of joy arrive?

32.5 weeks for me. He was a preemie but he still did well.
I'm not sure if I could every carry to term, but it would be nice to carry longer tha I did with my first child.
Not sure when we'll try to have kids, but I hope it's soon.

I'm considered a high risk pregnancy from now on. A couple of years after having my first, I miscarried triplets. That was a really hard thing to have to deal with.

wow i'm really sorry to hear that, you know is amazing how after i got pregnant your whole perspective of things change, now news like yours really hit me hard and i feel for you because i cannot imagine how devastating it is, but before you get pregnant is hard to understand what a beautiful miracle and amazing thing it is to be carrying a life inside you, I think that's one of the things im most shocked with out of all the things I've experienced with my pregnancy...I really hope you try to have them soon and that everything goes good, :)

I know 40 weeks is a lady's due date in pregnancy. My two children have both been born at 39 weeks so their births had fine timing. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant so I don't have long to wait if this baby will also be born at 39 weeks. I have heard that 37 weeks to 40 weeks is considered full term. I also think 41 or 42 weeks is late. Has your bundle of joy arrived yet? Good luck.

Yes! She's here! Laying on my chest as I write this, she came at 37 weeks and she's a WHOLE lot of joy! I couldn't be happier that she came healthy, that's all that mattered to me, at 37 or 42 that is the most important thing.

I had both my children born at 39 weeks pregnancy. I know that one week off the 40 week stage was great. I have heard that 37 weeks onwards is considered full term labor. In my home country 41 weeks would be considered late and a lady wouldn't be advised to go over 42 weeks. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with my baby girl. good luck with having your baby.

Congrads on your baby and I was 40 weeks and a day when I had Tristan he was born a day after his due date. I was very anxious and ready to have him I had my doctors appointment on his due date and I was planning on asking her can she induce my labor that day. But instead she asked did I think I was ready to have him the next day. I was still kind anxious because I wanted him right then and their. But luckily it gave me time enough to finish getting everything ready before he came home.

I was 36 weeks and 1 day before my due date. I actually tought my baby girl would take her time because I never had any kind of issues like nausea etc. and I hardly gained any weight. I think I had a really good pregnancy compared to the horror stories that my friends and family have told me jajaja!
