I feel terrible around these days and I do not know what is the problem for me to feel this way. I want to sum up my last three years. Well, I am an undergraduate in a US college since 2006 and an international student. I was very excited to study abroud when I first received my acceptance. However, the things did not go well for me in college. In first semester I tried weed to have a personal experience. I was very curious. Well, it affected me really bad. I think I ahd a bad trip. Anyway I survived through that semester. Then I went back to my home country. I met a girl there on holiday. We had some weird discussions going on. She said she was going to commit suicide. So I tried to help her out. Then, I got weird. I was inable to sleep for 4 days then I had a psychosis. I started to take medications. Anyway, I returned back to my univesity taking some pills. Man, those pills made me sleepy all the day. I was not able to concentrate in classes. Then I decided to take a leave of absence. I spent some time with my family in my home town. I went back to school at 2007. Sadly, I developed psychosis again(I had dropped taking my pills)there and I had to take another year of leave of absence. I am now in my home country spending time on my computer surfing the net. I have not done any useful things for 2 years. Now I am planning to return to college this summer. I dont want to take another leave of absence. I feel a bit scared. What should I do to prevent that?

I am not a professional on this one but I will try my best to suggest to you some things that might work but I cant promise its guarantee though. Make peace with yourself what ever is bothering you make peace with it, Coz i believe that its all in the mind what ever is in your mind may it be in your subconscious would still affect you as a whole. There may be some factors that affect your actions you may not be aware of it so I do suggest you can go and talk to someone about it like a guidance councilor that is why we have them in universities to help youth cope up with their problems.... they studied this things so I guess you need a constant visit for you to be guided always till you got this out of your system..... Its not easy to face this type of problems alone my friend just needs constant talking and it would ease you out.....
