AND we must join at destroy debt under the link on there. I am member of destroy debt , then what my account keep pending ? Seems the site just looking new referrals for destroy debt

If you check only javaist site then it shows something different and as you came to that question and answer page one can see questions and few answers there but what is the proof that this site paying? No FAQ, No information as such that it is paying site.
