Do you like to Bar-B-Q

With the weather getting warmer are you looking forward to being able to bar-b-q on the grill? I look forward to being able to bar-b-q outside. When you bar-b-q do you use a store bought sauce, or do you make your own? What is your favorite sauce? Do you use a store bought and add to it? I like the Sweet Baby Ray's regular sauce, it is a little spicy with just the right amount of sweet.

Here in South Alabama we grill out year round. A few years back I dumped my gas grill and bought a Big Green Egg. Best investment I ever made. I can cook almost anything on it. After hurricane Ivan we were without power for over a week, I cooked breakfast on it: scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits.

Here in the Uk the weather may say on the tv that it is going to be hot and sunny, but that not always right.
We love it when it get warm, as that is when we invite our friends over so that we all have a fun time having food all day, as well as all night.
We use all sauces that we can buy from our shops, as well as lots off different rices, as well as loads of different kinds of meats.
