Music Videos on DVDs

Do you watch the music videos on the DVDs that you watch? My daughter is sittng here going through all of the dvds we own and is watching every music video on them. I can see how if you like the music or some of the music on the movie that you could find out who sang the song, but it is really annoying. Some of the groups are not really that good and the songs wind up being alot of screaming. There are a few that have some really good songs on them and i am glad i know who sang them, but most i would not listen to or think of spending any money on. Have you come across a good band from watching a video off of a dvd that has interested you enough to look for the band in the store?

My daughters do the same thing, and it drives me a little bonkers lol. There is only one instance I can think of where i went and looked up who did the song. I actually went out the following week and bought the cd. It was for a band called nightwish. I dont listen to every song on the cd, but i liked about 60% of the music on the cd. So i guess yeah if i hear a really interesting song and are clueless I can see looking for it. But then again my daughters are really into the teeny bopper movies and music videos lol.
