Sometimes when I take food from outside I get stomach problems. Is it because it is old food or is it because of anything they add during making food or is it just psychological thinking because I am eating food outside I am getting stomach problems?

You should avoid eating fast food outside if you find that causing trouble for your health, i too believe that the food they make is not healthy those are oily, unhygienic and made out of some times old items.
It will be better for you to make your food yourself which will be healthy and help in saving money.

I would agree with the grease in the food that and they use the same oil for deep fry I don't think it's changed too incredible often!

I would think you're possibly allergic to some additives in the food. I would make a note of which foods cause the stomach problems and either research the food, or discuss your problem with your doctor.
Brightest Blessings.

Yes, the additives are usually shown on the pack. Make a note before you prepare or eat them, and if they cause you problems, check them against other foods to see whether they have some additives those don't. That way, you'll be able to eliminate the ones that don't cause you tummy problems and detect the ones that do.

This is a common occurance if you are used to eating home cooked meals that do not contain a ton of fat, grease, preservatives and artificial flavors. I stopped eating fast food for several months and the first couple of times that I tried to eat it again, it made me sick to my stomach. It is just an overload, your stomach has to get used to processing all of that junk again.

Most of the fast food items are done in polluted area, Due to that pollution is the major cause for the stomach pain. Then another cause is that the oil they use to cook. these will all mix it up and will enter into our stomach. For few of them there is no problem because they will do heavy work so it will digest quickly. For some of them the digestion will take more time for them there comes a problem in the stomach because there is less physical work or for them heat will generate within the system inside. Here is the problem.
No matter for everyone who ears fast food item continuously will suffer from health problem. Some will affected soon and for some it will be late.

It could be that the food is too greasy and spicey, especially the first one. Also many fast food have additives that you do not find in the food you cook at home, they may have spices that hurt your stomach, and the place may not be as clean as it looks and there is cross contamination. It also depends on who they hire and whether they keep the place clean. And the food may be old. So it could be a number of things.
I think you should only go to the places where you do not get sick or just eat at home and good restaurants.

Ok here is the question, what foods are you actually eating that causes this and where are you eating? Many years ago I could eat burgers anywhere except Wendy's, they did a number on my stomach.
Now I do not eat fried foods but still do eat burgers without bread and ketchup, chicken and so on. I am allergic to cottonseed oil which is used in many breads and baked or fried foods. So you might have allergies also.

Fast "food" is mostly not actually food. It looks like food, but it isn't real food. The body can only deal with so much crap

It must be the preservative in the food that give you all these stomachache. Just stop going to fast food joints, and begin eating regular food, then you will be fine, sometimes it is because the eatery joint is too dirty or the food is less than cooked, the food is contaminated that resulted in stomach pain.

Hi friend, fast foods and hotel foods are made with some artificial ingredients to give color, taste and flavor, some times this kind of unwanted chemicals will give stomach problems to us, your thought is not wrong, surely you are getting stomach problems due to the outside food, try your maximum to avoid it and take home made food, if you are away from your home, you can purchase some instant things to cook your food, lot of instant items are available and cooking is really easy with them

Well dear, fastfoods=tons of cholesterol and saturated fats. You probably wonder why. Fried chicken and fries are deep fried in OIL. Burger patties contains lots of fats. Fries are digested very slowly by our body. Chicken skin is very sinful. It may be the tastiest and crispiest part of the chicken but the most deadly. It's really not good to eat at those fast foods often as you may be risking your health and your life.

Hi. ajithal. It could be many reasons why your stomach hurts when you eat fast food. Maybe the grease and the oil upsets your stomach on the inside. Maybe you may want to just avoid eating any kinds of fast foods. Go for baked and broiled foods more. Fried foods can make your stomach feel this way too.

well all of those things you have mentioned could be a big possibility for it my friend. but also maybe you are not really just that used to eating those food outside. if maybe you could get used to it, just maybe again everything will change. but if the symptoms still persists, you should truly consult your doctor my friend. some of those foods have many added preservatives that makes you uneasy or got stomach aches. thanks friend
