earrings

I didn't get my ears pierced as a child, and I didn't really plan on getting them pierced, but one day I received some earrings as a present and I decided to get my ears pierced so that I could wear them. I received the earrings when I had just finished high school and I was 18 when I got my ears pierced. I wear earrings all the time, and I have a small collection of different earrings. My favourite earrings are the first ones I received, because they were a present from a close friend.

Usually piercing of ears happened at an early age to most girls and I thought it as part of the country's culture, I don't know if would you agree to older folks saying its a way of girl's circumcision... But anyway, my ears were pierced when I was 4 and I'm still wearing earrings daily aside when I'm on duty, which is not allowed.

hi Ritchelle, my dear feind, my ears are pierced but i dont wear my ear rings all the time. oi feel its too boring and i cant , i just cant wear. it is boring for me. when i go to my office also, i dont wear there . some day when i feel to have a change, ten just for the sake of change i wear them. now i am amarried then too i wear very rarely. and now my one year oldie dont even allow to wear for that minimal time. she just wanna take that oput of my ear. i have not got her ear pierced. i feel i will get them when she will grow up a little and can manage all that. till today i dont like anything in my ears , neither in my nose, so i donno she will like or not. so i believe, it is better that she grow up and decide that she should get her ear pierced or not. if she would like we will get two piercing also done. one on top of the other as a fashion.

I have my ears pierced when I was eight. Since I've been wearing earrings and took them off from time to time. I can't remember the last time I wear them. There's no culture to wear them here, just to look pretty.

I got my ears pieced in 1st grade, so i would have been somewhere between 6-7years old. Back then i almost "weared" earings every day and stopeed when i was around 14. The holes grew back together, and then suddently when i was 21 i decided to try again, finding my old straight earings squessed them back into the old holes there was a little bit of blood and pain, but ive had my earings in since then. I wear them about 95% of the time... But depending on the age you get your ears pieced i believe is alot about culture but also what the parents find okay to do to thier childrens.
