we all know fiber is a must so much so that we need it to be able to discard off the toxins in our body, right? it also helps us feel fuller. however, i'm just wondering if fiber helps us get rid of wastes then too much of it would have us going to the bathroom all the time. is this right?

Too much of anything one thing is a bad thing...but I do love my raisin bran. I have wondered about that recently. I seem to be increasing and not meaning to really just eating more bulky foods I guess. I am sure it can have th eadverse effects and can totally mess up your insides if you abuse fiber.

To much of something is always bad. I suggested drinking plenty of water is better than taking to much fiber in your body. Exercise is also good. Have a nice day. Happy posting!!

Hi! Fiber is good for us, but consuming too much could lead to flatulence, bloating, diarrhea, overall digestive distress, and interestingly, constipation, if you don't drink enough water. If you want to increase your fiber intake, it must be done gradually, and increase water intake along with it. Exercising more also helps the digestive process.
