Is internet really safe

its true if hackers all around the world, but i think internet still quite secure, we have antivirus, firewall and many more software to help us securing our pc.

I have been using the internet and computers for over 10 years and have never been compromised of any of my improtant accounts. I use anti-virus software and have suffered from about 2 bad viruses that have required me to reformat in the last 5 years. None of my bank accounts or game accounts have ever been compromised. I think the internet can be very safe if you know how to use it. You have to be careful of how people know you and if you make security questions obvious or not. If people know you too much they might somehow obtain you info via using security questions. I have known many hackers on the web that are very good at guessing games or know loop holes in writing codes such as php for forums. Just be careful on how you use the internet and keep all your information with lowercase,uppercase,number passwords. Make your security questions not obvious either.

Internet is not really safe. Hackers, I think, go for big well-known sites. I don't think they will attack your personal homepage. Not 100% sure though.

I do not think our internet is very safe, ..even ATM of banks has viruses today so we must take more action against the unsecurity of internet we use everyday..

As the develpoment of the Internet,the safety is better than before.Many websites firm the network security ,and it is hard to let out the informations to some extent .But there are still some lawless elements who can get the users' informations from the internet by some ways .If they get the important news such as the number of the bank cards ,ID numbers and so on ,it will very dangerous! So when we use the internet ,we must be careful and do not fill our informations on website unceremoniouely!

No maa'm Actually internet has not any hold of any person or company on it.It is actually a net of electric digital signals that trevel through diffrent mediums and computers decodes them to our usefull information and these signals can be good and bad too if any body known to these signals very well he can change the entire structures and can change your personals settings aand even can explode your system or routers by high intensity signals passing but it will cost him so much. By a power User view INTERNET is the place where any thing can be changed and viewed according to your way.You can change,steal others data and access the unauthorized areas too there is always a way. By a simple node user views he hasnot so much to loose on net so he never affraid of being hacked by others..instead of a big server owner..He affraid because he has put a lot of money and dont want to spoil his appretus Internet is never sacure Use firwalls behind you networks and computers and proper applications of antiviruses to make sure you security because on internet if you are a rapid surffer then THREATS will never ask you for permition to get in your system from any THREATEND site!! have a secure surffing and dont affraid if your sys got infected any time... Ask me or ask internet....!!!Its the solution too!!!

I hope it depends on our way of use if we take care by installing a good anti-virus software which is updated regularly and a good firewall we can be secured to some extent. Many hackers target the online banking websites so we should be a bit careful while using online banking. If we are using using internet only for communication purpose with our friends and family we need not worry much because there is no confidential information and hackers can not do anything with that information.

in my opinion internet is safe in some degree. If you have a anti-virus soft and effective firewall, the security of your pc will be inhanced.however my pc was attacked by virus several times .many website contain virus ,many soft download from net contain virus,you must take carefully when you are on the net!
