Headache: What's Solution for this??

each of us Feels Headache but the question was what's the best sollution for this ?? does anyone can help for this?? thank you!!

When i get worried about something,i may get headache.I think the best way is to relax.And i found that try to drink warm water or green tea will makes you feel better!
